This was very disappointing ! It was filthy, smelled awful, run down , food was bad, location was terrible and staff was rude ! I spent over $250 for the night here ! Hilton should be ashamed to have their name on this facility ! I will never stay here again and I will be calling Hilton as soon as I return home !!

The staff was great and breakfast better than expected.

The hotel is NOT the same as the picture. The booking was for a suite with two rooms and a living room, and we were told those were pictures from a different hotel. The AC did not work, and in Phoenix weather it was a nightmare! They never sent up anyone to fix it. The cable did not work, the room was muggy. The bathroom was in one room, and the flooring was dirty.

The king suite was spacious, but the room felt old and dated.

TV's - not working right, only one would work some of the time, the other not at all. Bathroom - framing around shower stall could use with some work & paint Rest of rooms were OK

I love the breakfast part of staying at Embassy Suites. I enjoyed the gentleman that got me checked in but he didn't follow thru with his statements.

I didn't like guests cooking out in the patio. Our room was very close and the smell was in our room. Did not like the shady guests that were on site either.

Very nice staff.

Loud air conditioner. Smelly room & furniture. Had to buy Febreze for the couches & the bed. This should not be called an Embassy Suites.

The service was wonderful. Also that it was so clean.

The bathroom light didn't work well. The pool was not warmed as they advertised. The beds were a bit smaller than we thought and very uncomfortable.

Great Value for a Comfortable Stay!

I had a pleasant surprise when the staff upgraded my room upon arrival. The breakfast was excellent, with made-to-order options that fueled my day. Don't miss the evening reception for complimentary snacks. Just be ready for parking charges. It felt a bit unexpected in Phoenix.

I loved huge and extremely spacious room in this hotel.

It was as expected, had a great stay because of the exceptional service and reasonable cost. Booked a room with great views of the mountains. The pool was heated and I had complementary drinks in the roof top bar. The shuttle to airport was a super feature. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect - short way from everywhere I wanted to go. There were fairgrounds and a supermarket around the hotel.

Good price for the amount of space and free breakfast.

The day of check out, after 5pm I received a call stating I left without paying. I asked that a manager would call, haven't gotten one yet!

Big room with decent breakfast. A/C struggled to cool down adequately.

Like the fact there's separate spaces.

The facility is OLD and so is the decor and furnishing. Need to update the facility and make it more modern.

Truly enjoyed free breakfast, wonderful room.

The location was great and absolutely perfect and close to places we visited. We stopped by Barb's Bakery for coffee and treats, it was at a moderate distance from the hotel.
